This book is truly very useful for me. As someone who regularly communicates with customers, I find that the conversation starting skills the book shares help me feel more confident in my work. The explanation of each communication skill is very easy to understand and apply in practice. I have tried it and noticed a clear difference in my daily conversations.

هذا الكتاب مفيد جداً بالنسبة لي حقاً. وبصفتي شخصاً يتواصل مع العملاء بشكل مستمر، أجد أن مهارات بدء المحادثة التي يقدمها الكتاب تساعدني على الشعور بمزيد من الثقة في عملي. شرح كل مهارة من مهارات التواصل سهل للغاية من حيث الفهم والتطبيق العملي. لقد قمت بتجربتها ولاحظت فرقاً واضحاً في محادثاتي اليومية.

As a quiet and rather shy person, this book has truly changed the way I view starting conversations. It taught me that starting a conversation doesn't always have to be perfect, but simply natural and showing concern for the other person. After reading the book, I felt more confident in conversations with colleagues and friends
